Please duplicate whatever it is for GUADEC. Tobi told me that the conference
software might be changing. Can we get that straightened out? In any case,
let's go ahead and create it, and yes, I would like a git repository for the
changes. I might have to teach folks on how to use git, but it will be worth
it.
