As part of the Newcomers redesign, there is a need for a hidden collapsible
section. [1] I've tried a CSS approach to implement the feature, but it doesn't
work as expected due to Moinmoin's limitations to markup.

As we discussed with BastianIlsø the best solution for this, would be to
install a macro on the wiki that does the exact same thing. The link to the
macro is [2] and should live under plugin/macro/.
