I've been trying to access foundation.gnome.org/membership/apply a few times
today, but I always get the same error:
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /membership/apply.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
Apache/2.2.15 (Red Hat) Server at foundation.gnome.org Port 443
