Someone else other than me (thanks mclasen) jumped forward with the
static.g.o/appdata/.. arrangement (recipes).
Clocks moved to the same new setup.
I've not heard anything in opposition yet so I'll consider
static.gnome.org/appdata/ as mostly settled.
