Did you already configure the URL to the Online server from the nextcloud
settings? The URL must contain the port of the Online server as well. Eg:
https://collabora.gnome.org:9980/
If that's already configured, I would enable the trace level logs in nextcloud
from its config.php and see what's going on there. Opening the browser console
and see if there's some error there can also be helpful.
