JavaScript is not disabled (disabling JavaScript breaks most recent websites
and is of dubious security value, particularly considering its fingerprinting
implications).
Disabling all security-related add-ons also does not resolve the issue. A
completely stock browser (TorBrowser) does lead to the signup being successful.
