We will need to persist uploaded content somewhere, this can be a local
filesystem or an object storage system like Swift if we're running on OpenStack
infrastructure.
Postgresql has better native support for Unicode among other advantages. We
could try it on Mysql if it's configured to store text in UTF-8.
