We want to replace the gnome sdk builders with an infrastructure that will be
integrated with gitlab and will build the gnome-sdk from the gnome-build-meta
[1] repo directly [2] with Buildstream.
The plan is to setup an new ostree server where artifacts will be pushed
directly from the gitlab CI. Then we can setup sdk.gnome.org to pull from that
ostree repo instead of the current builders.
Machine Specs:
* 4 CPUs
* 4 GB RAM
* 500 GB or more
* a good uplink and as close as possible to sdk.gnome.org
