PLEASE NOTE: this ticket supersedes bug ID #756307, which can be closed, as
this ticket will include a larger list of repos to be unarchived.
Now that all of the GNOME repos have been migrated to GitLab, we would like to
unarchive all of the Perl binding module repos so that we can update URLs,
clean out bug tickets with documentation fixes, and do a (hopefully) final
commit for the bindings that are no longer being maintained upstream.
The repo URLs in each Perl binding module are very visible on the Perl module
search engine "MetaCPAN", so updating them helps avoid confusion, even for
binding modules that are no longer being actively maintained upstream
(GTK+2/GNOME2 series modules). Also, some binding modules that are no longer
maintained upstream are still "active", i.e. new releases are made from time to
time with bug/doc fixes.
We would like to un-archive the following list of modules:

- Archive / perl-Gtk2-TrayManager
- Archive / perl-Gtk2-TrayIcon
- Archive / perl-Gtk2-SourceView
- Archive / perl-Gtk2-Recent

Once we've made updates and releases on CPAN for the above modules, I will put
in tickets to archive them again, probably in batches of 5 repos or so. Some
modules need to remain active (Cairo, Pango, ExtUtils::Depends, Cairo::GOboject
are a few on that list), as they're still required and/or being used by either
GTK+2 or GTK+3 Perl bindings.
