I am actually not sure how that should be implemented, but when a translator
submits a new or updated translation (po file), `po2sub` (from the
translate-toolkit) should be run to create the srt file. Currently Bastian has
to do it manually for every release, or find someone who’s able to do it for
him. That’s an unnecessary pain.
