Over the past hour I've tried registering at gitlab.gnome.org with a new user a few times. I've tried with two different email addresses. I've clicked the [resend email](https://gitlab.gnome.org/users/confirmation/new) button a few times each. I've watched the maillog on the destination mailserver to see if any connection is being made at all from gitlab.gnome.org but there's nothing. I've verified sending email to the same addresses from Gmail works fine.
