Maxmind's Geolite legacy has been deprecated according to [1], mod_geoip has to be replaced with mod_maxminddb [2], mirrorbrain package has to be updated to reflect that. If compatibility between the new httpd module and mirrorbrain cannot be worked out take into consideration replacing [3] the mirroring software all together as latest Mirrorbrain activity dates back to 2014.
