On my last install for libgit2-glib:
ssh (user)@master.gnome.org ftpadmin install libgit2-glib-0.27.8.tar.xz
I get this response about notifications:

- Adding new version to GNOME BugzillaFAILED (Either the product

I think is related with libgit2-glib was a module inside gitg on Bugzilla and
now is a project alone in gitlab
