### Summary Release Notes for GNOME 3.32 was made available for translations in Damned Lies[1], but it is currently impossible to submit the translation to the target repository. The `@translations` user (used by D-L is a member of Release Notes repository. I think this needs the same tweak as all new documentation added to D-L. [1] https://l10n.gnome.org/module/release-notes/ ### Steps to reproduce - Go to Release Notes translation for specific language e.g. [pt_BR's page](https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/release-notes/gnome-3-32/help/pt_BR/) - Go through D-L's workflow until the last action done is `Ready for submission` ### What is the current bug behavior? The action `Submit to repository` won't be displayed in the action dropdown menu ### What is the expected correct behavior?
