OK, I see what's going on: the following github repositories [1] have forked the 2019.gnome.asia repository with the CNAME file in it which means that specific subdomain is currently "busy", what should happen are the other repository owners should delete that file for us to be able to re-add it and make the website work again.
Do any of you know these persons? If yes please get in touch asap to have that file removed, if not we can create an issue and see whether they're going to respond, thanks!
