The rationale on why the mailing list should be archived (i.e project unmaintained) The Foundation Board decided to remove the sponsorship committee; see https://gitlab.gnome.org/Teams/Board/issues/118. Its wiki page has already been removed. The committee has been superseded by the new Foundation staff which take care of sponsorship. 3.
