@shaunm , @davidk and @pmkovar are working on a new user documentation website
for GNOME replacing the mostly unmaintained
https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/library-web. The new website will be
powered by https://github.com/projectmallard/pintail and build Mallard XML
sources directly from configured repos and branches. We would like this new
website to be regenarated on a nightly basis, given the number of repos and
translations we expect to build.

1. Please move https://gitlab.gnome.org/shaunm/help.gnome.org/ over to the
Infrastructure group. Consider renaming it to `help-gnome-org` to be consistent
with other website repo names. @shaunm , @davidk and @pmkovar would be the
initial maintainers.

2. Please deploy a test instance with the Pintail-based site generator running
from the moved repo. Requirements are documented in
https://gitlab.gnome.org/shaunm/help.gnome.org/blob/master/README and
https://github.com/projectmallard/pintail/blob/master/README.md, all mentioned
Python packages should be available through `pip`.

The site would be deployed with:

    pintail build -v

For reference, site configuration with repos built is stored in
https://gitlab.gnome.org/shaunm/help.gnome.org/blob/master/pintail.cfg.

Having a test instance available will enable us to proceed with further
improvements to the site structure and design before it can be moved to the
production.
