### Summary

https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxmlplusplus has moved to GitHub. It's not
entirely clear that it was archived from the overview page. The only hint is
the lack of commits and the most recent commit to the NEWS file.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxmlplusplus
2. Have difficulty noticing the project moved

### What is the current bug behaviour?

Project that seems dead, while it just moved to a non-free software hosted
place.

### What is the expected correct behaviour?

1. Computer automatically saying "Just what do you think you're doing, Dave?"
2. Alternatively, auto redirect
3. Alternatively, the thing is put under an Archive group or something
4. Something way better thought up by you!

### Relevant logs and/or screenshots

I don't think you need a screenshot for this one :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
