Currently openqa.gnome.org uses gitlab.com for OpenID authentication. We should use gitlab.gnome.org. Proposed steps: 1. Register a new [instance application](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/integration/oauth_provider.html#instance-wide-applications) on gitlab.gnome.org. * Callback URL should be: https://openqa.gnome.org/login 2. Privately send me the new app ID and secret 3. I will update `/root/openqa/workdir/data/conf/openqa.ini` on openqa.gnome.org and restart the service 4.
