Hi gnome gdm gurus! I am struggling with gdm (2.8.0.7-57.14) on SuSE 10. We have a remote display connecting to the server using XDMCP.
My remote display IP is 192.168.1.42, and is defined in /etc/hosts in the server as wst01. Connection to the server using XDMCP works fine. I get a login screen, and I can login. The problem is that the DISPLAY variable is set to 192.168.1.42:0.0 It should be set to wst01:0.0. Any ideas?
