Yes.. that would be a must...
I dream of a desktop enviroment that I could with 
only a click on an icon.. and the  things would get done.

a click on a pdf =>  the document is shown
a click on an image -> image shown and can be printed
a click on an video ->  the video is played and I can even take a
snapshot of the video
a click on a opendocument, and the document is opened in libreoffice...
a click on the mouse in the panel and I can insert, delete move, create
shortcuts,
install a lot of applets.. and use it ... 
I could change the backgound, the mouse cursor shape, I can change the 
panel background, change size, all with ONE or TWO mouse clicks... 
the icons are in the Desktop, and I can change/customize the icons...
remember: ONLI WITH A MOUSE CLICK...  
I dream...  RRRRRiiiing  
WAKEUP !!!! 
what a pity it was just a dream 
I dreamed of  the obsolete  gnome 2.32...
