Sorry for not being clear. The only thing I see is the splash screen
(with no icons on it) on a solid background (gnome-panel and nautilus
etc. have not been loaded yet) and then it takes a couple of minutes to
login

1. Yes I have a localhost hostname
2. Yes it also happens when I log into a completely clean account
