Dear gnome-love,
2 months after I submitted this patch in bugzilla it hasn't been
reviewed or even looked at.

It really is a bug, it really does exist, this patch really fixes it on
my system.
Get some people to test the patch. Not all developers / reviewers have
multi-screen systems, so testing by other users is valuable.
Sometimes you have to push to make things happen. Emailing the
maintainer(s) directly is one way. Just do it politely. Volunteer
maintainers don't respond well to cranky emails :-) Maintaining software
is hard and time-consuming, and typically pays nothing...
And, as Emmanuele said, stick around, contribute more, and make yourself
known as a useful contributor! Patches from repeat and respected
contributors naturally attract more attention from maintainers.
Thanks for your contributions!
