you can do:

apt-file search soundtouch-1.4.pc
apt-file search libunistring.pc
etc

as detailed here https://live.gnome.org/JhbuildIssues

But if those files are not found, it is usually find to do just move on
and do jhbuild build --nodeps /module/ anyway.
