I got in touch with ebassi and discussed about epiphany integration and the cookies issue. He talked to epiphany and webkit developers and told that we may be able to use the same system they have to share cookies between the browser and the webapps. They are already going to work on that, so you can log in with the browser, then open a webapp launcher, and be still logged in.
