Thanks for the answer Patrick, however I am not realy sure what did you mean by 
that.
I have checked version of installed glib and it seems to be 2.36.3
$ pkg-config --modversion glib-2.0
$ 2.36.3

How could I check the paths set in my build or possibly fix the problem I am 
facing to?
I am a bit lost in your words, so sorry if I ask unrelated questions :)

g_object_replace_qdata appeared in glib 2.34. Presumably you have a recent
glib installed, with sensible paths set in your build?
