Thanks Bastien! I doubled the buffer and the threshold, but I'm still having stutter / jerky playback problems with the dayly video at the top of this site:
http://www.cbc.ca/news/ I'm sure its not a BW problem. A similar issue with the mplayer mozilla plugin I could fix increasing the buffer and threshold, but no luck with totem. Any hint?
