The GNOME 2.10 release notes have now been finished in English, and are ready for translation. We have until March 9th.
Some people have already started. It seems to be easy with xml2po, as described here: http://cvs.gnome.org/viewcvs/releng/2.x/2.10rnotes/README_translators.txt?view=markup
