Yes, that was what i was thinking of. However, I still have this nagging feeling that something can go wrong.

Its possible the examples are a bit contrived, but especially example C strikes me as a bit surprising.
I've been thinking about these but haven't come up with any obvious solutions. One part would be to tie the lifetime of the password cache to the connection cache somehow. But that's not a complete solution. Any and all ideas welcome.
