I commited this, since it makes smb work quite a lot better.
Unfortunately this means you currently have to manually add the username
to the uri to log in with a username to a share that allows anonymous
login. Since we think this is the right thing longterm I think this is
ok though. We just have to remember to get the connect-to-server work
Nate is working on into 2.16.

Nate, make sure you ping us about this in the 2.16 cycle.
