This looks quite useful. I don't think we should install it though, as
it really is only useful when testing/debugging. Installing it would be
polluting the user binary namespace with useless apps.
I think we should wait until the next cycle to add it though, to avoid
any risks. (Its not important for 2.14 anyway.)
