Applications have to tell Zeitgeist what they are doing. If you launch a document with GNOME Do it wont be logged in Zeitgeist unless Do tells Zeitgeist what it is doing. Also depending on the file you open which app is used to perform your usual actions with it get logged. Example: If you open a text document with GNOME Do and it launches gedit to view the text document it will be logged by ZG, since gedit already sends its info to Zeitgeist. Please list down the common apps you use so I can help you make more use of GAJ.
