Hi, Thanks for your help and sorry to have been so long answering you. I'm using a mdk 10.1 and gnomemeeting 1.0.2. Following the advises, i looked under the panel control : the firewall is not used. under etc/services : port 1720 open under gconf-editor : all the keys are there but with a wrong value (udp_port_range : 5010:5013 for example) and in an other directory (apps/gnomemeeting/protocols/h323/ports). I changed the values but not the directory place. Ouiiiinnnn, it's still not working. I'm wondering if i should not upgrade to gnomemeeting 1.2 or waiting for the 2.0 (but where is the pwlib alsa plugin?).
Thanks and enjoy your WE. So many... Fun! > BUt when i try to contact one of us... GM tell me "EndedBy > TransportFail". What a shame. > Please, could someonehelp me? The problem is the following: * people can register to ils.seconix.com, and thus appear as reachable in the list ; * but their setup can still be fully broken, not able to receive any call (firewall issues -- see the faq). So the end result is that even if your own setup is correct, there's nothing you can do to get in touch with someone behind a closed firewall. You may wish to try h323:h323.voxgratia.org (answering machine). Hope it helps, Snark on #gnomemeeting _______________________________________________ GnomeMeeting-list mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnomemeeting-list _______________________________________________ GnomeMeeting-list mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnomemeeting-list
