Hello all,
/usr/share/gnome/help/ekiga-snapshot/fr/ekiga-snapshot.xml is OK and
well installed but cliking on help
or using F1 key doesn't work.
My LANG parameter is fr_FR.UTF-8.
I tried LANG=C : same trouble.
By the way, I'm going to translate into french the xml file.

C) Is the menu entry known to be --suffix safe? It seems to install
correctly though:
