I think the problem is that many people don’t have a help viewer installed,
or the url handler for ghelp is set to the wrong program. As a help viewer
is not a real dependency, this may happen without the user noticing it.
As this is a distribution specific problem and may be a matter of policy,
it should be discussed there. For SUSE, a bug is filed under
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=71672
Do you know of a workaround?
Something like (single line):
gconftool-2 -s /desktop/applications/help_viewer/exec --type=string nautilus
may do the trick...
