I am finding it nearly impossible to find and install the needed rpms
for RHEL4 as opposed to FC4 for my x86_64 machine. Is there a way to
either talk someone into building these, or build them myself from
scratch?
I can get pwlib to go in from the FC4 rpm, for example, after removing
trhe previous version, but am unable to install the opal FC4 rom -- it
complains about missing libstdc++.so.5 and libcrypto.so.6 64_bit
versions, even after I build and install the latter from souce and make
sure that the link exists in /usr/lib (it is already there) for the
former.
What is the minimum set of steps needed to recompile and remake these
to get Ekiga going on RHEL4?
