as Damien said, it seems your distro is somewhat broken...
despite this, solutions would be to :
- either launch ekiga with
'LD_LIBRARY_PATH=</the/path/to/one/of/your/ssl/lib> ekiga'
- either add /the/path/to/one/of/your/ssl/lib to /etc/ld.so.conf and
relaunch ldconfig as root and then launch ekiga
