sbp has requested, through ATR, to delete the project test-banana (Apache Test 
Banana). If this vote passes, ATR will permanently delete the project and its 
metadata, and an authorised test PMC member may complete the delete in ATR. 
This request was filed by ASF Trusted Releases on behalf of sbp.
