AFAIK, Baz does not do any damage to your ~/.arch-params/=locations
files.  Anything like that would be a bug.  It may not understand them
properly, in some cases, until you upgrade your configuration.

To convert your ~/.arch-params/=locations to the new
~/.arch-params/archives regime, you can use the "baz upgrade" command.

baz upgrade --leave-old-config will write a new configuration without
affecting your old tla settings.
