Hi Andy, As you said, AXP, as well as `tla-prune-revlib' (from `tla-tools'), already use interesting heuristics to clean up revision libraries. I doubt maintaining a per-revision reference counter would really yield any significant improvement over these heuristics.
However, incorporating some kind of *configurable* pruning logic within tla might be beneficial to some users, at least from a marketing viewpoint: no need to look for third-party scripts to do the job.
