Hello,
I have created a very simple patch that adds the percent sign (%) character to certain commands that did not have it.

  Example-old:
  tla make-log
       ++log.hello-world--mainline--0.1--lord@@emf.net--2003-example

  Example-new:
  % tla make-log
       ++log.hello-world--mainline--0.1--lord@@emf.net--2003-example

While that's nice, not everyone actually *uses* a percent character as their prompt. This also adds the possibility that someone will perhaps enter the percent character as part of the command line.

True, but with this patch I was just trying to make every command consistent with every other command on the tutorial as it stand right now. If we agree that usage of either %, #, or $ is inconvenient or confusing to users, then we should remove them all.

So, what should it be?
