Greetings earthlings,

Here is a small library that sets some calendar-* variables to make its
behavior more friendly in Italian language environments. Originally,
the code was part of a (yet-to-be-published) mini-project to create a
hardcopy pocket calendar (for those who like to venture outside Emacs),
but i thought it might be useful on its own, and perhaps incite kindred
follow-on postings more "official" than:

  http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/CalendarLocalization

as fine as those snippets might be. (FWIW, the functional (non-legal)
difference between calendar-it.el and the Italian snippet on that page
is (non-)capitilization of month and day names. The legal difference is
that calendar-it.el is under GPLv3+, and that i have already done the
requisite paperwork such that this code can be installed w/o friction.)

I think it would be nice for Emacs maintainers to engage translators in
this kind of work, in addition to the current HELLO and refcard(s) work.
A little centralization to help the localization, that's realization.
