This is a couple of lines I've used to set ispell per-file local words
to the "=for stopwords" used by perl Pod::Spell.

Ispell and Pod::Spell have slightly different notions of a word so
there's a slightly nasty hack to suppress punctuation characters in the
stopwords needed for Pod::Spell but which ispell doesn't like.
