This is a relatively pointless piece of eye-candy that makes lisp code pulse when it's evaluated. It's occasionally useful when the point is, for example
(betweeen) here (two-forms) Under these circumstances, eval-last-sexp and eval-defun eval different forms and it all gets a bit confusing. The rest of the time, it kind of looks fun. 0.1 release, comments welcome.
