Version 0.19.1 of package Logview has just been released in NonGNU ELPA. You can now find it in M-x list-packages RET.
Logview describes itself as: ================================ Major mode for viewing log files ================================ More at https://elpa.nongnu.org/nongnu/logview.html ## Summary: Logview mode provides syntax highlighting, filtering and other features for various log files.
