In regards to the Linux de-blobbing scripts published by the FSFLA, are the 
blobs/blobbed files hard-coded or detected at run-time? What modifications 
would typically be required to port it to an alternative kernel tree, if the 
former? A user at the Trisquel fora 
(https://trisquel.info/en/forum/free-pda-running-jmp?page=1#comment-120157) 
managed to get the scripts for 4.2 to run on the sunxi-based PocketChip kernel 
(with some poking and prodding), but neither of us know for certain if this is 
sufficient to produce a blob-free kernel.
