that is an interesting suggestion - it reminds me of those consensus voting/polling websites surely not everyone is expected to participate in reviews and that is much of the discussion - but on the other hand, voting on an issue is not the same as actually discussing it so i would not know where to draw the line between what should be discussed and what needs a vote or when i can say though that this list is not always such high volume as it has been in recent months - it would be good if it continues at this pace but i do expect it to settle down after the current wave of applicants passes through
