to be clear about this criteria as i understand it - it is almost
entirely concerned with the name of the distro itself - to avoid the
distro being confused as being associated with or endorsed by some other
distro (such as if the distro were named: "arch-libre" or
"slackware-free") - the name "hyperbola" clearly passes this test on the
face of it - this is not about "linux" or any other constituent software

most nomenclature issues fall under the "avoiding propaganda and
confusion" - with that one i can also fully agree without hesitation
that hyperbola passes - ive read most of the hyperbola wiki and i can
say that hyperbola's attention to nomenclature exceeds the FSDG requirement
