i could be more precise - this was discussed on this list previously though -
a few issues have accumulated in the parabola bug tracker over the years - we
know of one conflict with the FSDG - the telemetry feature is enabled by
default, which we consider to be in conflict with the "mo malware/spyware"
guideline, so that is disabled in parabola - the first link WRT the "EULA" is a
library that is/was required by mono - im not sure if anything like it is in
the new incarnation; but that is not unlikely - IMHO, the not "built from
source" is the most worrisome - that often indicates that something non-free
was required for the build
