Maybe, but a true Libertarian realizes that coercion must be stopped, and that for instance includes when a business pollutes. The Classic Liberal stance is that polluting is A-OK. The true Libertarian stance is that the state exists to prevent coercion, such as polluting. >socialism and being opposed to taxes are fundamentally opposed.
